Friendly Monsoon in Oahu
A public service announcement from the “Keep Reading” files: Pearl City Public Library is unleashing a “Balloon Monsoon” today from 1:00 PM to 3:00, during which artists will twist up some balloon creatures and a whole lot of fun. , and includes make-and-take crafts for the young ones.
