On September 14, 2008, author David Foster Wallace was found dead in his home in California at the age of 46.  While the literary world reels from the author’s suicide, the rest of the world is learning about one of his best and longest works, Infinite Jest.

When you say, “Book it,” most tourists think of their Hawai’i itinerary. Hawai’i is the place to bring your trashy novels, your guilty pleasure reading, and your fluff magazines for extraordinary beach reading. And who says it isn’t? Reading is reading, I say.
